Our Clients onboading process

  1. The Client Log in and create a secure accounts. Some KYC details like Name, Private or Corporate or Humanitarian/NGO,Physical Address, Phone, Email,Postal Address, Key Contact Person, Phone, Email
  2. Expression of Interest/Requisition: The Client gives a simplified explanation totaling 300 words of the type of project and the services they are looking for. During this stage we will organize a meeting on Teams or any other online forum to discuss the client’s needs, we will follow up with minutes of the discussion and a brief statement of our understanding and scope of the assignment. The Client will respond to this within two weeks confirming scope or revising the scope.
  3. Memorandum of Understanding/Statement of IntentThis is a confirmatory statement of intent by the Client to engage the company, it will normally form a legally documented and signed descriptive contractual agreements highlighting the key parameters of the Client’s expectations and the Our commitment to it. This is usually developed after the Client has submitted a Requisition.
  4. Legal Documents to be Reviewed and Approved by Clients
  5. Data GatheringWe will then revert to the client requesting the specific information that the client needs to provide from our end including the confirmed brief and a draft contract for review
  6. Data Assessment:If our clients agree to the scope and the draft contract, we will then produce a final draft contract for final review including the confirmed scope and estimated Contract Sums
  7. Secure Payments:Our systems supports secure payment standards to enable clients pay through Paypal or Stripe without incurring any transaction fees. Payments are applied to projects and an official receipt is issued. In case of any issues, our supports team is available.
  8. Contractual and Legal Proceedings We will then send the Contract to our legal team and the client can send the contract to their legal team, once okay-ed and contract negotiations are concluded, the client’s assignment will then proceed to the client’s intended design phase.The documents may include Draft Memorandum, Signed Client details forms, Legal / Commercial contact, Non-Disclosure agreements among others
    1. Milestone 1: The Consultant develops an accurate report detailing understanding of the clients brief, the inputs and outputs expected including deliverables,timeframes and payment terms. This is considered a Preliminary or Inception Report. This report will also include brief options assessment with proposed option based on ranking.
    2. Milestone 2: The Consultant will after review and comments from the Client on the Preliminary Inception Report, Proceed to develop draft designs and reports including drawings but with no quantities. The comments from the Client will include a preferred option.
    3. Milestone 3: Upon receiving comments for the Draft designs , the consultant will proceed to develop the final designs and await comments from the Client after which he will submit the final designs.
    4. Closure: Upon final submissions, the Contracts will be considered closed and the client will sign and contract end letter. The above applies for design based contracts, where the contracts involve purchase of software or of ready made designs, this shall be procured normally via client accounts and payments options provided for each service.
